PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT 

Clients must arrive to their appointment with the hair DOWN, UNTANGELED with product how you usually style your hair. Clean or dirty, no worries.

CAN NOT BE PULLED BACK OR IN PONYTAILS OR BUNS!!!

There will be a upcharge or a refusal of service due to the haircut procedure.

Cancellation

All we require is 24 hours notice in the form of a call, voicemail, text, or email. No call - no shows and last minute cancellations will result in a fee of 50% of the service cost.

We stand behind our work however if you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us within two weeks after your appointment and we will happily make any adjustments free of charge. We cannot issue refunds if we have not had the opportunity to make any adjustments.
